Diving Aruba!

Thinking about diving Aruba? Check out the largest shipwreck in the Caribbean and Aruba’s other top dive sites!

The underwater world in Aruba is colorful with corals and has an abundance of marine life. It is perfect for the underwater photographer or any beginner just wanting to get a glimpse into the underwater realm. The flagship of Aruba is the Antilla shipwreck. It is the largest wreck in the Caribbean spanning over 400ft in length and In less than 60ft of water. Nearby hotspots Bonaire and Curacao are much more famed for their diving, but as a married man I need something to enthrall my better half and Aruba has much more action on the topside.

Red Sail Sports was a great dive outfit during our stay in Aruba – they were prompt in picking me up and dropping me off at the boat dock. Staff was very courteous and friendly. One note – be prepared to change out your own tanks on the dive boat. I also dove with Red Sail Sports in Grand Cayman at Morrits Tortuga Club and they changed out our tanks there, so I was expecting the same in Aruba.
